Faced with a legacy Blue Yonder system, a leading U.S. grocer needed a scalable forecasting solution that could meet modern demands across demand, labor and production planning.
Tredence architected an AI-native forecasting engine on Azure Databricks. The system integrated Delta Lake and Unity Catalog for traceability, scaled data models across millions of items, and automated planning workflows.

Over three phases, Tredence migrated 12PB of data, replaced legacy platforms like Alteryx, and built a Google Cortex-powered unified data platform. On BigQuery, Tredence activated a retail media network, achieved full legal compliance and integrated AI-driven capabilities like price tracking and inventory analytics.

To stay competitive, a leading U.S. discount retailer needed to modernize its legacy systems that were limiting speed, scalability and decision-making across 5,000+ stores. Tredence executed a rapid migration from 1010 to Google Cloud Platform in just four months, establishing a scalable, AI-powered foundation.
