A major US bank needed a new technology strategy to enable modernization and growth.
A cohesive, consumer-centric technology strategy and IT roadmap was needed to clearly articulate the vision, design, and plan for enabling core digitization, national expansion, scaling growth, and deepening relationships.
We developed an actionable IT strategy for realizing a customer relationship-driven vision of banking. Leveraging stakeholder interviews, we conducted an assessment of current-state technology and business goals and crafted a target state vision, architecture, operating model and set of core capabilities to guide transformation.

A mutual insurance firm was operating on a highly decentralized technology operating model, the technology, its architecture, and data governance had become highly fractured creating open audit risks and potential compliance issues. The firm partnered with us to craft an enterprise strategy aimed at unifying data trust and data de-identification amidst a highly fragmented technology landscape.
