Empowering customer master data for a leading industrial manufacturer for their new SFDC lightning platform

Summary

Customer data of the client was spread across multiple CRMs (MS Dynamics, SFDC Classic), with each brand of the firm independently housing and managing data. The objective was to create a customer master data on SFDC Lightning to enable downstream analytics.

Our solution had to effectively combine data from multiple sources across the globe, identify and remove duplicates and gain business intelligence through parent child hierarchy, cross sell opportunities, prospect identification and customer firmographic information.
