A large senior-focused health and home company sought to create a 360-degree view of member information, consolidating data from multiple providers. The company’s member data was fragmented and siloed, harming clinical efficiency and outcomes.
Tredence developed an enterprise member360 data hub with data models, key performance indicators, and AI and ML risk models. The solution, based on Azure and Databricks, identifies unique individuals, normalizes data formats, and eliminates duplicate records across millions of data points.
The solution further integrates member, social determinants of health, and clinical data to reimagine workflow for clinical operations, actuarial, finance, and business intelligence teams. Staff gain risk-scoring tools and workflows to predict patients’ disease progression, deliver targeted interventions, and enhance operations.
33% reduced emergency room visits
40% improvement in the medical loss ratio
50% improved member engagement
95% enhanced patient satisfaction
A large U.S. home health organization wanted to modernize its data environment and support a shift to value-based care. Its on-premises systems were fragmented and hard to scale. Data was siloed, costs were high, and the organization was not ready to adopt AI, ML, or GenAI.
Tredence, working with Databricks, built a unified cloud-based data platform with strong observability and data monitoring capability. The platform brought together patient, provider, payer, office, and staff data into a single, trusted view. It also created dedicated data marts for finance, operations, quality, and recruitment. A self-service BI layer using Sigma allowed teams to access insights across the organization.
The new platform replaced multiple legacy systems and simplified analytics. It supported different user roles with self-service access and enabled faster, data-driven decision-making.
70% reduction in platform costs
30% faster time-to-market for KPIs
30% improvement in operational efficiency
A leading paediatric healthcare organization wanted to upgrade how it handled clinical data. It was using a third-party reporting system that could no longer keep up. Data lived in different systems, took time to come together, and relied heavily on manual reports. This slowed down decisions, made value-based care harder to support, and limited visibility into a child’s overall health.
Tredence worked with Databricks to build a cloud-based unified healthcare data and analytics platform using pre-built accelerators. The platform brought clinical and claims data from EPIC EHR into a single enterprise data warehouse. A FHIR-based data model enabled interoperability, and Patient 360 capability to support use cases like risk stratification, ACO reporting, and OrderSets Explorer.
With the new platform in place, the organization reduced its dependence on costly third-party tools. Teams could access clinical data faster, and clinicians had a clearer view of patient information. This helped support more informed decisions and more personalized paediatric care.
30% cost savings by reducing third-party dependencies
Faster rollout using pre-built data models
Better visibility into clinical data and patient insights
A global biotechnology company used manual processes to review and integrate unstructured data and identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) who could amplify knowledge of their products.
The company worked with Tredence to develop a GenAI-powered graph analytics solution, based on Databricks, John Snow Labs, LangGraph, and NetworkX technology. The tool auto-extracts knowledge from 50K medical science liaison interactions and 30K publications.
Users can now analyze and visualize relationships between doctors and institutions, identify KOLs, and quantify their influence. The tool also enables biotech staff to use the right channel to interact with these experts at the right time.
80% reduction in manual efforts
30% increase in discovering top KOLs
400K records processed per disease area

A multinational pharmaceutical company’s data and technology silos impeded its ability to identify trends, prioritize repairs, and plan scheduled equipment shutdowns. As a result, the company experienced high issue resolution timeframes and extended asset downtime that harmed production throughput and quality.
Leaders sought to deploy an asset traceability and maintenance optimization solution that would enable teams to proactively identify issues and enable predictive maintenance to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Tredence built and deployed a solution based on Azure and Databricks to ingest asset data and leverages a domain-specific asset and batch data model to enable asset optimization and predictive maintenance. An interactive asset traceability graph enables teams to rapidly identify assets and batches and related deviations and use graph analytics to zero in on critical scenarios.
In addition, a predictive model integrates with existing machine applications to schedule predictive maintenance, driving asset and batch throughput.
12% reduced asset mean time to failure (MTTF)
7% decreased asset maintenance costs
12% improved asset throughput
15% higher production uptime
