Build a scalable, enterprise-grade GenAI platform

Tredence built the underlying platform to securely enable and manage GenAI applications. With Tredence supporting the underlying platform build, Mars brought together Google, Microsoft, and AWS into a composable architecture purpose-built for flexibility, observability, and cost optimization.

Step 02

Create an AI governance framework

Mars established guidelines aligned with NIST and the EU AI Act. Employees engaging with AI tools were trained on safety, risk, and proper use of intellectual property.

Step 03

Deploy pilot programs

Initial use cases focused on corporate communications and workforce automation. Mars also introduced a secure LLM sandbox for employees to experiment with AI to generate ideas, summaries, & reports.
